The large kitchen and lounge faced the river. I found that great. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee (especially the hot chocolate!). The host sent a text to check if everything was okay. I thought this was a very nice personal touch.

the location is convenient. it is close to transport links. the room included a bathroom. water and snacks were provided on arrival.
i was on the second floor in a box room. it was not really big enough for the two armchairs. the bed was not practically comfortable.

The hosts provided bottled water, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen (I could make my own meals!). I found the location walkable from the train station, a HUGE plus for me. Communication was efficient via text, and the key safe system worked perfectly. I really appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
I noticed a slight rattling noise from the extractor fan vent when the wind picked up, but it was minor.

The kitchen was a real bonus. I had not expected it given that shared facilities were listed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Tassimo coffee pods provided. THEY really made my morning.
The extractor fan vent made A rattling noise. I believe it was due to the wind.

The location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to the city center. the host was very communicative and helpful. i also appreciated that the room had plenty of charging points (i really needed them!). it was great value for money.
i found a loud rattling noise coming from the extractor fan air vent. it kept me up for a good portion of the night. this was due to the wind outside (i should have asked about it).
